Conveyancing

No Move - No Legal Fee

If you decide to withdraw from a sale or purchase for any reason or at any time prior to exchange of contracts you won't pay any legal fees for the conveyancing.

You’ll need to have a solicitor to arrange the legal side of your house purchase or sale. We can help you find one.

No matter how complicated the sale or purchase of your property becomes, you can budget with confidence. How? Because the price our recommended solicitor’s charge is very competitive.

Both you and your estate agent will have direct telephone and email access to your allocated property lawyer. Your property lawyer will also deal with other lawyers electronically, where possible, to speed up the transaction.

Property Move recommend solicitors practices and licensed conveyancing firms who have been carefully selected to provide conveyancing services, which may be offered to both parties in a transaction and for which Property Move will receive a fee.

Property Move complies with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code published by the Law Society and the law firm to whom Property Move may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another law firm if you so wish.

Property Move is a member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, there to protect your interest.
